Rigged website with the same computer generated names winning over and over again. They use FAKE reviews on Trustpilot and are getting away with it. Avoid.

Ive been with tombola for over 10 years...
Two months ago the stopped my account an requesting bank statements an photo I.D... i sent everything they asked for to be told they are not going to open my account again as they think someone else is funding it..
Ive asked how they think this as i sent statements from February to now...
Not happy atall with tombola an will never recommend them to anyone ever again

This business is bombardibg the page with fake reviews and they are getting away with it. Once they get few genuine bad reviews you see profiles posting good reviews one after the other to keep their page above 4* yet again trust pilot is doing nothing about it. I have gone through all good reviews and 90% of them are clearly fake profiles made up just to leave review on here and on their arcade page and go. Please please people Do not join them they are absolute scammers. Yes they have bots and yes thy are robbing people off. Do not bite for their fake reviews... Read the bad reviews and see how many are saying they have bots and they are scamming people off. They get away with it till a point... NO ONE will give £100.000 per week free as they say they do. No gambling place will give you £60 free play to join and deposit £20 with no wager. Think about it. You soon will see there good reviews will follow as they gone under 4* so wait and see and check them out... they put their staff to write good reviews & pay people to do so. Dont join KEEP AWAY. Trust Pilot please do something about this website as their business is pure scam !

It’s a shame I liked tombola a lot & did well. However I will not be submitting 3 months worth of bank statements. It’s very invasive & not needed. I had played on this site for a number of years. I can see why adverts have decreased, since most of your players have probably closed their accounts. I would happily supply a pay slip, but under data privacy laws you have no rights to see my bank statements, the only place that does is the mortgage company. Furious, log into my game to find out my deposit limits have been locked to 0.00 unless i phone safeplay, i set a 100 limit a week and havent even spent close to my limit yet its been blocked, i cant speak on the phone for 9 days and the live help refuse to deal with it nor will safe play contact me via email!!!

Wow nothing has changed with this site atal. Took a very long break. Came back and surprise, still the same names winning. Still the same names getting bonus round after bonus round and posting their wins every 30 seconds. I don’t care what you say tombola you pick your favourites. If the name don’t fit and all that. It’s shocking. How you’re getting away with this for so long is beyond me. You mention in chat about how poor your play is and all the players jump on you like their all paid to do so. Plus the ones that jump on you are the ones getting bonus round after bonus round. Absolutely terrible. Needs looking into and I’m going to make sure it does!! I get gambling is gambling and all but to have the exact same play week in week out is deffo fixed. I don’t want or need a reply.

What was once a great place to play... is now sadly just another rip off joint!!

Back when I first started playing, the pay outs were pretty good! Now you've got slim to no chance of withdrawing anything. I'd usually deposit around £30 a time... and I may as well have just flushed it down the toilet.

It's obvious they set certain amounts to pay out. I.e if you're playing 50p a time, it may pay out here and there. But playing a £1 a time... usually only pays out about once a week.

Save your money.

P.s Their customer service really is far from great from what I've read! And them wanting to delve into your bank accounts etc? Complete invasion of privacy.

Its a absolute con the same ones always winning no wonder they give you free £20 thats just to hook you in and trying to keep you there depositing more cash for a useless game ,

your nThis site is rigged won a few weeks and withdrew each time now they want my bank statments hell can freeze over not getting them,as for trust pilot so many fake reweiws on here and tombola dont reply to to me robbers, people are having hard times i hope you go bankrupt

My fav bingo. Tho I never have won on bingo it’s very hard with the large amount of players. Some players do win all the time certain names seem to pop up every time I play wich is concerning but I put it down to ther luck is obviously goods

I deactivated my account a few months ago for personal reasons. Felt like I wanted to play again so I emailed them to reactivate my account.
I’m non verbal and they kept insisting I had to phone them. I explained my situation in detail several times. They said they’re advisors we’re all “very friendly and patient” so clearly weren’t getting what I was saying. they pretty much said too bad.
If I was in a wheelchair would they ask me to “walk a few steps!’?!!
Totally discriminating against me and refused to help by any other means. I offered email, text
Message and chat and that I could send any ID or info they required. But they point blank refused to help me.
I’ll be seeking legal advice

A few months back I thought I was going mad when I kept seeing the same names winning, I started writing down winners names and I was right! Fast forward to now and played 2 nights on the run and low and behold same names winning tonight as last night!! Definitely dodgy and I won’t be depositing again, when I first made an account I won quite a bit the first few times between £5-70 but the last £40+ I’ve deposited I have not won anything, it seems to have gotten worse.
